Do you use genuine parts?

We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or genuine-grade parts. For on-spot bookings, we source the exact part for your device model to ensure the best fit and quality.

What is your warranty?

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. If anything goes wrong with the repair within 90 days, we'll fix it at no charge.

Do I need to book for a screen or battery replacement?

Yes — for on-the-spot replacements we require an advance booking so we can source your specific part before you arrive. Walk-ins are welcome for general diagnostics.

What if you can't fix my device?

We operate on a No Fix, No Pay basis for most repairs. If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the repair (a small diagnostic fee may apply for complex diagnostics).

How do I know my data is safe?

We have a strict data privacy policy. Our technicians never access personal files, photos, or accounts. We recommend backing up your data before any repair as a precaution.
